RICHMOND, RI — A Boston man was arrested early Wednesday morning following a traffic stop on Route 95.
Dakari Henderson, 21, of Boston, Massachusetts, was taken into custody at 2:47 a.m. by Rhode Island State Police troopers.
Henderson was charged with possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance less than 10 grams (cocaine) and vandalism.
He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Westerly Police Department for simple assault and/or battery and disorderly conduct.
Henderson was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for processing.
He was held overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
