SPRINGFIELD, VT — Police arrested a man on a violation of conditions of release charge Saturday morning following a dispute.
Officers responded to the area of Cottage Avenue at 9:39 a.m. for a report of an active dispute.
Upon arrival, officers located a male involved in the incident who was identified as Tristan Goins, 28, of Springfield.
After investigation, police determined Goins allegedly violated conditions of release.
Goins was taken into custody without incident.
After being processed, Goins was issued a criminal citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on Oct. 27 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the alleged charge.
Goins was then transported to Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail.
