NEWARK, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three male suspects in connection with a robbery that occurred on Thursday, Oct. 9.
A man and a woman were walking toward the man’s vehicle in the area of Clifton Avenue and Bloomfield Avenue at approximately 11:20 p.m. when they were approached by three males who demanded the male victim’s belongings at gunpoint.
One suspect also brandished a knife and held it to the male victim’s chest.
The suspects took the man’s car keys and $250 in cash before each ran in different directions.
One suspect ran west on Bloomfield Avenue, one ran east on Bloomfield Avenue, and the third suspect ran south on Clifton Avenue.
