WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Police are investigating the theft of two motorcycles from a storage facility on Lawnacre Road.

Officers responded to Max Storage at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday after a complaint reported the burglary.

The owner told police he left the storage unit at approximately 10:30 p.m. Monday, where his two motorcycles were stored.

He returned at approximately 7:30 a.m. the next morning and found his lock had been cut and both bikes were stolen.

Cameras facing the unit and others on-site were tampered with.

The south side fence was cut and appears to be the entry and escape route.

The stolen motorcycles are a 2024 black Kawasaki ZX 1002M and a 2004 blue Suzuki GSX 1300R.

The scene was processed for evidence and the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Baidy at 860-627-1461.
