MALTA, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an assist EMS call Sunday at 1:26 p.m. at 43 Round Lake Road.
Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Anthony Desiatnikov, 29, of Stillwater.
Desiatnikov is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree, a class C felony.
Desiatnikov is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing 4000 or more milligrams of ketamine.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in the Malta Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings in Malta Town Court.
