Drug arrests follow search warrant execution in Corinth

CORINTH, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant Wednesday at 11 Liberty Street in the village of Corinth after an ongoing investigation into drug possession and sale.

Larry S. Murphy, 35, of Corinth; Trevia Thompson, 28, of Porter Corners; Albert Brown, 27, of Corinth; and Kathy E. Tooke, 51, of Corinth were arrested.

Murphy was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree and criminally maintaining a premise.

Thompson, Brown and Tooke were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

All four were arraigned before the Honorable Michael T. Viscoseck in Corinth Town Court.

Murphy was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.

Thompson, Brown and Tooke were released on their own recognizance pending further proceedings.
