ONEONTA, NY — A Brooklyn man was arrested Tuesday following a larceny complaint at Walmart.
Jemroy J. Straker, 19, of Brooklyn, was charged with petit larceny, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said Straker left the store past the point of sale with $492 worth of items that had not been purchased.
Straker was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
