ONEONTA, NY — A Brooklyn man was arrested following a larceny complaint at Walmart on Oct. 2.
Tariq Bennett, 22, of Brooklyn, was found to have left the store past the point of sale with $492 worth of items, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Bennett was processed and later released with an appearance ticket.
He is set to appear in Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
