SCITUATE, RI — A Johnston man was arrested on a fraud charge Tuesday morning at Rhode Island State Police headquarters.
David Petrucci Jr., 58, of Johnston, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on an affidavit and arrest warrant for fraudulent checks over $1,500.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by Trooper Cooper.
Petrucci turned himself in to state police headquarters.
He was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
