HOMER, NY — A two-vehicle crash occurred on State Route 90 at Foster Road on Oct. 29 at approximately 6:47 p.m.
Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the intersection for a personal injury motor vehicle crash.
A pickup truck traveling southbound on Foster Road failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of State Route 90, according to officers.
The pickup truck entered the intersection and collided with a sedan traveling northbound on State Route 90.
The operator of the sedan was evaluated by EMS on scene.
The operator of the pickup truck was transported by TLC Ambulance to Upstate Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Homer Fire Department, TLC Ambulance, Stupke’s Towing and Ron’s Towing assisted at the scene.
