MILFORD, MA — Police executed a search warrant at a South Main Street residence Wednesday, resulting in the arrest of a 29-year-old man on drug and ammunition charges.
Steven Consigli, of Milford, was taken into custody at approximately 4:30 p.m. Oct. 29 without incident.
The Milford Police Detective Bureau, assisted by the Patrol Division and K-9 Unit, conducted the operation as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged drug distribution within the town.
Consigli was previously arrested in April at a Shadowbrook residence on multiple charges related to drug and firearm possession and remains on probation from those charges, according to police.
He was charged with possession of ammunition without an FID card, drug possession of a Class B substance and drug possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance.
Consigli was held without bail.
“Our officers and detectives remain committed to proactively investigating and addressing illegal drug activity in our community,” said Chief of Police Robert Tusino.
“No offender, let alone repeat offender will find sanctuary in Milford.”
