WEST ROXBURY, MA — Officers assigned to the Drug Control Unit arrested a suspect wanted on multiple charges Tuesday morning in the area of Willers Street and Desoto Road.
Caleb Gomez, 18, of Norwood, was taken into custody at about 11:15 a.m. on an outstanding warrant issued out of West Roxbury District Court.
The warrant charged Gomez with assault with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without an FID card, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and malicious destruction of property over $1,200.
During a search incident to arrest, officers recovered two plastic bags of crack cocaine.
Gomez was additionally charged with possession with intent to distribute Class B.
The suspect had been highlighted on a Boston Police Department Most Wanted List.
Gomez is expected to appear in West Roxbury District Court for arraignment.
