LEBANON, NH — A Manchester woman with an active warrant was arrested on drug charges after police located her vehicle parked on Main Street on Oct. 28.
Riley Charbono, 36, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was taken into custody without incident after officers received a crime tip that she had been seen inside a white Audi with Vermont temporary license plates.
Charbono had an active warrant stemming from an Oct. 2 incident when she was found passed out inside a vehicle on Plainfield Road in Lebanon.
During that incident, officers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view through the vehicle’s closed windows.
Charbono was released at the time, and the vehicle was seized pending a search warrant.
Execution of the warrant revealed additional drugs and drug paraphernalia, including a bong and a tray.
Charbono has a prior felony conviction from Burlington for possession with intent to distribute from November 2024.
When officers located the white Audi on Oct. 28, Charbono approached them and was arrested.
Drug paraphernalia was observed in plain view, and the vehicle was seized pending a search warrant.
Charbono was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a city ordinance violation; possession of a controlled drug, a Class A felony; and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor.
She was transported to the Grafton County Sheriff’s Department and held on $5,000 cash bail.
Charbono is scheduled to appear in 2nd Circuit Lebanon District Court on Oct. 29.
