LEBANON, NH — Police are searching for a 35-year-old White River Junction man wanted on a parole violation warrant after he allegedly fled from officers during a traffic stop.

Adam Adolph, who is currently homeless, is wanted on a Vermont parole violation warrant that is extraditable in 48 states, according to the Lebanon Police Department.

On Oct. 28, officers attempted to stop a silver Toyota Prius with Vermont license plates suspected of being operated by Adolph.

The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed, driving erratically on the wrong side of the road and nearly causing a head-on collision with a Lebanon police cruiser, police said.

The officer avoided a collision through quick maneuvering, and the driver continued into Vermont.

Adolph has been involved in multiple recent motor vehicle pursuits in Hartford and Lebanon, police said.

Police said Adolph has an extensive criminal history and is known to be violent and unpredictable.

Anyone who encounters Adolph is urged not to approach him and to contact their local police department or the Lebanon Police Department at 603-448-1212.
