NASHUA, NH — A man was arrested after speeding 122 mph and leading police on a pursuit on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.
At 9:41 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28, Trooper Bryan Taylor of the Troop B barracks observed a vehicle traveling southbound at 110 mph on the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Nashua.
After passing the trooper, the driver sped up to 122 mph.
When Trooper Taylor attempted to stop the vehicle, a blue 2025 Mazda 3, the driver briefly stopped at the top of the Exit 4 off-ramp but then took off southbound on E. Dunstable Road.
A pursuit ensued.
The driver of the Mazda continued down E. Dunstable Road, and then onto Spit Brook Road, where the driver pulled into the Oak Hill Condominiums parking lot and was taken into custody.
The driver was identified as Michael Lodovice, 53, of Nashua.
Lodovice was charged with felony reckless conduct – deadly weapon, misdemeanor disobeying an officer, and violations of reckless operation, yellow/solid line, and traffic control device.
Lodovice was released on cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Wednesday, Dec. 10.
