SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police arrested a Hartford man on an active warrant stemming from a shoplifting incident at a local Target store.
Freddie Tharpe, 67, of Hartford, was taken into custody Tuesday by Hartford police and transferred to South Windsor police.
The charge stems from an August larceny of $313.35 worth of merchandise from the Target store at 125 Buckland Hills Drive.
Tharpe was processed and released on a $500 surety bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Nov. 12 at 9 a.m.
