HIGHLAND, NY — A 56-year-old man was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after being stopped for traffic violations on New Paltz Road.
Marvin L. Morales, of Highland, was arrested Oct. 27 by Town of Lloyd Police.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 13.
In separate incidents, Town of Lloyd Police made three additional arrests:
Jan Vincent B. Agay, 42, of Waldwick, New Jersey, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol after being stopped for a traffic violation on Route 44/55 in Highland.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 6.
Michael A. Leon, 26, who is homeless, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 6.
Tamara C. Hill, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with assault in the third degree.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 6.
