BATH, NY — Officers arrested a man Oct. 27 after he was found inside a residence on Pine Street.
Village of Bath Police Department officers were dispatched to the residence at approximately 9:36 a.m. for a report of a burglary in progress.
The resident reported returning home to find an unknown male inside his apartment.
Officers located and detained the suspect upon arrival.
Richard O. Snyder, 24, of Bath, was taken into custody and charged with one count of criminal trespass in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Snyder was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment where he was released.
