LYNDONVILLE, VT — A Lyndon man was cited for unlawful trespass after allegedly returning to a store from which he had been previously banned.
Michael Greene, 43, of Lyndon, was cited Oct. 25 following a complaint from a local merchant.
A Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer took the complaint Oct. 24 from the merchant at 6585 Memorial Drive.
The merchant reported that Greene had returned to the store despite being previously trespassed.
Greene is scheduled for arraignment in Caledonia Superior Court on Dec. 15 at 8:30 a.m.
