FAIRFAX, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a 65-year-old man following a domestic disturbance on Maxfield Road on Oct. 26.
Police were notified of the incident at approximately 5:35 p.m.
An investigation revealed that Jeffrey Pouliot, of Fairfax, had assaulted a household member, according to police.
Pouliot was taken into custody and processed at the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks.
Police do not release the names of victims of domestic violence.
