RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on an active warrant on Troy Street on Oct. 26.
Steven Russell, 60, of Richford, was encountered by troopers at 12:09 p.m.
Russell had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear stemming from a trespassing case.
He was transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility.
Russell was held on $500 bail.
