HIGHGATE, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a reported domestic assault on Oct. 25 at approximately 6:49 p.m.
An investigation revealed Hunter Bigelow, 18, of Highgate, had assaulted two household members.
Bigelow was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on Oct. 27 at 1 p.m.
He was released with conditions.
