ORANGE, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a two-vehicle head-on crash that occurred on Route 302 near the intersection of George Street on October 19.
Colby Pelletier, 20, of Washington, was cited for leaving the scene of an accident after allegedly causing a crash that resulted in serious bodily injury.
Police said Pelletier left the scene of the crash and hid from law enforcement for the duration of the night.
Madison Landrian, 21, of Berlin, was transported to Central Vermont Medical Center for injuries resulting from the crash.
Police were notified of the crash at 8:51 p.m.
Pelletier was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court to answer to the charge.
