ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A man was arrested on a stolen property charge following an investigation in the town.
Aiden Rabideau, 23, of Akron, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property involving a credit card, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.
The arrest followed an investigation into an incident that occurred in the town on Oct. 24.
Rabideau was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
