ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A woman was arrested on assault and child endangerment charges following an incident in Ellicottville.
Michelle Comstock, 34, of Alden, was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Oct. 24.
Comstock was arraigned in Franklinville Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
The Ellicottville Police Department investigated the incident.
