Man reported missing in Waterbury

WATERBURY, CT — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 29-year-old man who has been missing since October 21.

Charlie Martinez was last seen leaving his home at approximately 8:55 a.m. that day, according to the Waterbury Police Department.

Martinez, of Waterbury, is described as a Hispanic male standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a raccoon hat, dark jacket, blue jeans and gray sneakers.

Martinez carries a black wallet with a skull graphic attached by a silver chain, which contains an autism awareness card.

He has been without his prescription medication since his disappearance.
