WILLIAMSTOWN, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on a drug possession charge Friday on Vermont Route 14.
Keith Bullard, 43, was taken into custody after troopers responded to a report of a citizen dispute at approximately 10:24 a.m.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks discovered Bullard had an active warrant for his arrest.
During a search incident to the arrest, troopers found Bullard in possession of a misdemeanor amount of cocaine.
