LINCOLN, RI — A man was arrested on a warrant at Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks on Thursday.
Jordan Pacheco, 47, of Riverside, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on an affidavit and arrest warrant on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct.
The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation and Pacheco turning himself in at the barracks.
Pacheco was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
In a separate incident Thursday at 10:20 p.m., troopers arrested Milano Andre Fields, 36, of Boston, Massachusetts, on a Superior Court bench warrant for a technical violation on the original charge of manufacturing/delivery/possession with intent to deliver.
The warrant originated out of the North Smithfield Police Department.
The arrest resulted from troopers assisting detectives with an unwanted party at Twin River Casino in Lincoln.
Fields was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
