UTICA, NY — A 44-year-old man was arrested on felony drug warrants following a vehicle stop by police.
Sarin Chann, of Utica, was stopped and detained by officers assigned to the Crime Prevention Unit on Oct. 22.
The arrest was related to a narcotics investigation at 748 Blandina St. that police released information about on Oct. 17.
Chann was transported to the Utica Police Department and booked on warrants for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
