CORTLAND, NY — The Cortland Police Department reported 17 arrests between Oct. 16 and Oct. 23.
Nicholas D. Ferrari, 22, of Poughkeepsie, New York, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. Oct. 17 at 26 Owego St. and charged with prohibited noises.
Amar Aljukic Perry, 19, of Frankfort, New York, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. Oct. 17 at 25 Court St. and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury.
Britany M. Wing, 26, of Cortland, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. Oct. 17 at 42 Church St. and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Courtney J. Finney, 38, of New York, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Oct. 18 at 104 Main St. at Pizza and More and charged with intent to consume alcohol in public.
Lucas E. Souchiere, 22, of Cortlandville, New York, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. Oct. 18 at 101 Clinton Ave. and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17.
Corlissia Lee Hathaway, 35, of Cortlandville, New York, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Oct. 19 at 23 Clinton Ave. and charged with second-degree harassment involving physical contact, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Jahna Marie Natelli, 19, of Orangeburg, New York, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 19 at 7 Tompkins St. at DP Dough and charged with intent to consume alcohol in public.
Michael D. Guiney, 21, of Patterson, New York, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Oct. 19 at 96 Main St. at Dark Horse and charged with consumption of alcohol in public.
Tredeangelo Livingston, 25, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. Oct. 19 at 96 Main St. at Dark Horse and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct involving fighting or violent behavior.
Victoria Lian Rigg, 40, of Cortland, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. Oct. 21 at Clinton Avenue and Pendleton Street and charged on a bench warrant, riding a bicycle on a sidewalk and resisting arrest.
Two juveniles, ages 14 and 12, both of Cortland, were arrested Oct. 22 at 37 N. Main St. and charged with third-degree criminal mischief involving property damage exceeding $250.
Matthew G. Littlejohn, 46, of Norwich, New York, was arrested at 2 p.m. Oct. 22 at 25 Court St. on a warrant of arrest.
