SAUGERTIES, NY — A 54-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into a complaint.
John A. Yonnetti, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at about 8:20 p.m. Oct. 21 by the Saugerties Police Department.
Yonnetti was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Yonnetti is scheduled to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
