ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — A Lyndon man was cited on criminal charges following a custodial dispute investigation on Oct. 22.
Vermont State Police troopers assigned to the St. Johnsbury Barracks were notified of a custodial dispute at approximately 2:39 p.m.
Troopers investigated the incident and spoke with both parties involved.
During the investigation, troopers identified one of the parents as Jagger Gallagher, 24, of Lyndon.
Troopers discovered Gallagher had operated a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license on Oct. 20.
The operation of the vehicle was also a violation of his court-ordered conditions of release.
Gallagher was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Nov. 24 at 8:30 a.m.
