RUPERT, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a theft at a farm stand on Vermont Route 30.
Troopers received the report on Oct. 21.
The victim was identified as Elaine Harper, 41, of Rupert.
Investigation revealed that an unknown individual stole items from the farm stand at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 20.
The suspect has not been identified.
