Multiple arrests reported in Salamanca

SALAMANCA, NY — Police arrested 11 people on various charges between Oct. 11 and Oct. 21, according to a report from Chief Deck of the Salamanca Police Department.

Donald Bickford, 44, of Cattaraugus, was taken into custody Oct. 11 for disorderly conduct.

He was released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Amos Vogle, 47, of Salamanca, was taken into custody Oct. 12 for driving while intoxicated with two convictions in the last 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations.

Vogle was processed and arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.

Francis Woodin, 53, of Salamanca, was taken into custody Oct. 13 on a bench warrant out of the City of Salamanca Court.

He was released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Kelley Gadra, 56, of Salamanca, was taken into custody Oct. 14 for petit larceny.

Gadra was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Amanda Blair, 42, of Salamanca, was taken into custody Oct. 14 for aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content greater than .18 of 1 percent as well as leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and other DWI related charges.

Blair was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Amanda Sendall, 39, of Gerry, was taken into custody Oct. 16 on an arrest warrant issued out of New York State Troopers Jamestown Barracks.

She was turned over to their custody without incident.

Leah Thomas, 39, of Gowanda, was taken into custody Oct. 18 on a bench warrant out of the City of Salamanca Court.

Thomas was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.

Samantha Miller, 38, of Salamanca, was taken into custody Oct. 18 on a bench warrant issued out of the City of Salamanca Court.

She was processed and arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.

Christina French, 35, of Salamanca, was taken into custody Oct. 18 on an arrest warrant issued out of the City of Salamanca Court.

She was released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.

James Garcia, 24, of Salamanca, was taken into custody Oct. 21 on a bench warrant issued out of the City of Salamanca Court.

Garcia was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
