FALL RIVER, MA — A 31-year-old man was arrested this morning following an investigation into a stabbing that occurred yesterday afternoon.
Corree Gonzales, of Fall River, was detained in connection with the stabbing of a man identified as Mr. Flanagan.
During the detainment, Gonzales assaulted Fall River police officers, according to the Fall River Police Department.
Gonzales was arrested and charged with four counts of assault and battery on a police officer.
The police department did not release additional details about the stabbing incident or the condition of the victim.
