Landscaping equipment stolen in Cranston

CRANSTON, RI — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who stole landscaping equipment from a truck in the Knightsville area.

The theft occurred at approximately 2:36 a.m. Sunday on Church Street.

Surveillance video shows a male wearing a dark blue hoodie with white lettering on the back entering a driveway and taking equipment from a parked truck.

The suspect stole a Milwaukee weed wacker, Milwaukee leaf blower and a red gas can before leaving on foot northbound on Cranston Street.
