BOLIVAR, NY — A 63-year-old man was arrested on an assault charge Sunday.
Danny K. Tompkins of Richburg was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, according to Bolivar Police.
Tompkins was held at the Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at CAP Court.
