Two-year-old boy dies in Little Egg Harbor Township

LITTLE EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — A 2-year-old boy was found dead at a residence on Radio Road on Tuesday morning, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.

Officers from the Little Egg Harbor Township Police Department responded to a 911 call at approximately 8:50 a.m. on Oct. 14.

Responding officers discovered an unresponsive 2-year-old boy at the residence.

The child was pronounced dead at the scene.

The death is under investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit, Little Egg Harbor Township Police Department Detective Bureau, Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigation Unit and Ocean County Medical Examiner’s Office.
