MILFORD, MA — Two people were arrested on drug charges after police responded to a report of drug use in a vehicle parked at Milford District Court on Friday.
The Milford Public Safety Communications Center received a call at approximately 12:20 p.m. reporting a male and female using drugs inside a white Honda Accord in the court parking lot.
Members of the Milford Police Detective Bureau made contact with a male occupant of the white Accord, Celso Souza Filho, 45.
While speaking to Filho, a detective observed a glass bong and a skinny, tubular glass pipe in the passenger area of the vehicle.
Further investigation yielded 1.3 grams of cocaine, 97 trazodone pills, a black digital scale and paraphernalia consistent with crack-cocaine use.
Filho and Jennifer Salamone, 36, of Marlborough, were each charged with Class B drug possession and Class E drug possession.
