GAINES, NY — Three 18-year-old men were arrested following a reported roadside disturbance on Route 98 on Oct. 16.
Orleans County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene at approximately 9:27 p.m.
Deputies determined that three individuals allegedly physically attacked two victims and forcibly stole property from one of the victims.
Raekwon Riley, Kwame Riley and Peyton Robinson, all of Albion, were arrested and charged with robbery in the 2nd degree, conspiracy in the 4th degree, petit larceny and harassment in the 2nd degree.
The incident is believed to be isolated and targeted, with no indication of an ongoing threat to the public.
The suspects were transported to pre-arraignment detention at the Orleans County Jail for arraignment at Central Arraignment Part Court at a later time.
The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Albion Police Department in the investigation.
