ROYALTON, VT — Vermont State Police troopers arrested a man on an active warrant early Saturday morning.
Troopers from the Royalton Barracks located William Spinks, 45, of Royalton, on Rogers Lane at 12:15 a.m.
Spinks had an active in-state arrest warrant for retail theft.
He was cited and released in accordance with the warrant.
