ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges following an incident in the Town of Ellicottville.
Edwin J. Johnson, 19, of Warren, Pennsylvania, was arrested Oct. 12 by the Ellicottville Police Department.
Johnson was charged with possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, false personation and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
He was issued appearance tickets and directed to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date.
