Multiple arrests made in Cicero

CICERO, NY — Police arrested seven people on various charges between Oct. 9 and Oct. 17.

Charles E. Cashier, 39, of North Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 9 for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, unlicensed operator and uninspected motor vehicle.

He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.

Kellis A. Morgan, 25, of Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 9 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and unlicensed operator.

He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.

Jonah A. Anderson, 41, of Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 11 on a bench warrant for petit larceny.

He was arraigned and released to reappear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.

Robert K. Elliott Jr., 56, of Cicero, was arrested Oct. 12 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle, no trailer lights and unregistered trailer.

He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.

Matthew A. Laue, 49, of West Monroe, was arrested Oct. 16 on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operator and uninspected motor vehicle.

He was arraigned and released to reappear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.

Keena A. Learry, 40, of Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 17 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operator and equipment violation.

He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
