PORTLAND, NY — A woman with multiple outstanding warrants was arrested Oct. 16 after deputies received a tip about her location.
Rachel Blanchard was taken into custody at approximately 9:30 p.m. at a residence in the Town of Portland, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies executed a warrant check at the house with assistance from narcotics investigators.
Blanchard was found to be in possession of 4 grams of fentanyl during her arrest.
She was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail where she is being held on the charges.
