SIDNEY, NY — Police arrested a 59-year-old man on assault and weapons charges Oct. 14.
Michael W. Tucker, of Sidney, was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to the Sidney Police Department.
Police also arrested Andrew J. Baker, 39, of Sidney, on a bench warrant from Sidney Village Court for failing to appear.
In a separate incident the same day, Leah C. Wilkins, 34, of Bainbridge, New York, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of government administration.
