COLCHESTER — Three people have been arrested following an investigation into a series of burglaries and larcenies, the Town of Colchester Police Department announced.
Donavin Brock, 21, of Colchester, New York, was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, grand larceny in the 4th degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the 3rd degree, conspiracy in the 5th degree and criminal mischief in the 4th degree.
In a separate incident involving a reported domestic dispute, Brock was also charged with aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree and harassment in the 2nd degree.
Tenlei Wood, 18, of Walton, New York, was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, grand larceny in the 4th degree and conspiracy in the 5th degree.
Barbara “Brooke” Walley, 40, of Andes, New York, was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with burglary in the 3rd degree.
The arrests follow an ongoing investigation by the Town of Colchester Police Department and Delaware County Sheriff’s Office into multiple incidents involving stolen property, unlawful entry and related crimes.
The New York State Police Forensic Identification Unit assisted in processing the crime scenes.
