DANBY — A 23-year-old man was arrested early Tuesday morning following a family disturbance.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks responded to a residence in Danby at approximately 4:03 a.m. on Oct. 14.
Through investigation, it was determined Dakota Stafford, of Danby, caused pain or serious bodily injury to a family or household member.
Stafford was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
He was charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault.
