GATES — Police are seeking to identify a man who allegedly stole several boxes of Pop-Tarts from a store on Chili Avenue.
The Gates Police Department said the suspect entered the store and took multiple boxes of the breakfast pastries.
Police said the man was seen on the phone during the incident.
Police have not provided any more information at this time.
