DAVENPORT — A man was arrested after refusing to leave school property during a soccer game Saturday afternoon.
Lloyd L. Garlick, 44, of Oneonta, was taken into custody at Charlotte Valley Central School after being ejected from the game for his behavior, according to Delaware County Sheriff Craig S. DuMond.
School officials asked Garlick to leave the property, but he refused, sheriff’s deputies said.
Deputies responded to the scene and arrested Garlick on a trespass charge.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
Garlick is scheduled to appear in Davenport Town Court at a later date.
