ONEONTA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 37-year-old Oneonta man on a petit larceny charge Sept. 20.
Mark Cassaday was taken into custody following an investigation into a larceny complaint in the Town of Oneonta, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
Cassaday was issued an appearance ticket to appear at Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
